Employee Portal Overview

The Employee Portal provides access to the following information and actions.

• Demo/Contact tab: View the demographic and contact information on file for you in the district office.

• Payroll History tab: View your direct deposit election, and view & print your pay stubs. Note: Pay stubs aren't available until the payroll run has been submitted to the district's bank.

• IRS Documents tab: View your current W-4 elections, request a change to your W-4, and print your W-2s. Note: W-2s aren't available until the payroll administrators process the submission for the IRS.  Employees have a W-2 Opt out option indicating they will not receive a printed W-2 by typing their name.

• Requisitions tab: Create and review requisitions.

• Reimbursements tab: Create and review reimbursement requests.
